I thought to myself, "Hey how come I've never seen these?" Ahhhhhh... because they're part of the mint Canada stamps I order on approval from Arpin (anything prior to 2003) so I simply have not received them yet. I look forward to adding those to my collection at some point! I'll have to go see if I have them Used though, but none really rings a bell.
