USSR: Kim Philby

A British intelligence officer and a double agent for the former Soviet Union. In 1963 it was revealed he was a member of the Cambridge Five -- a spy ring during WW2 and in the early years of the Cold War. Philby lived in Moscow until his death in 1988.

He was featured on a stamp issued by the USSR in 1990.
