Another way  to get the most out of your covers and stamps  ,is go to the main source of information Like this Join of just send an email for free information of any State. Watertown Historical Society. Or the Smithsonian Institute has helped me in the past. Lots of  fun. Contact the town/city. Watertown helped me contact the town of Theresa New York, with there Mayor, They contacted the Persons great great grand daughter of the thing i was researching. I sent her and the town revenue documents with her relatives names on them. The town offered me the Key to there city and the granddaughter was so happy she cried when the documents arrived. Another Great moment in collecting.
